Lloyd has never experienced proper love. Lloyd hasn't even experienced a proper childhood. He was instead forced to take the mantle of hero at a young age... forced to fight evils no normal person should face...

Lloyd's biggest fear is becoming like his father. He knows he's done horrible things in the past and he still can't forgive himself. He's witnessed many he's cared about die... He's watched himself harm others.

So, of course, the moment he feels anything positive... It's normal to latch on, right?

When Lloyd met you, he was hesitant to get attached. He's so used to being used or watching those he cares about get hurt.... The moment you're kind he panics a bit.

But over time... Your kindness feels genuine.

However... The problem with addiction is this...

Nights like these temporarily make M/n forget about his troubles, a moment of escape before he inevitably gets dragged down again by the reality of his situation.

A soft buzzing interrupts M/n's thoughts, pulling him back to reality. M/n pulls his phone out and flips it open to check the caller.

"Dad..." M/n's expression softens a bit as he sees the familiar face of his father, an older gentleman with peppered hair and a wise old look in his hazelnut eyes.

M/n accepts the call, gingerly putting the phone up to his ear. "Dad? What are you doing calling me at this hour?" M/n's voice was soft, barely above a whisper.

He patiently listened to the call, nodding now and then.

"I don't mind, I'm right next to the coffee shop, I can pick up a few pastries for you and Mom for tomorrow." M/n reassures his father. "I'll let you go and start heading over there now."

M/n hangs up the phone, silence blessing him once more. He pauses momentarily, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, before standing up and leaving the fire escape.

Reaching the small cafe, M/n quietly enters the shop, the bell atop the door ringing softly, announcing his presence. There was no one there except the barista, a young girl by the look of it.

Approaching the girl, wallet in hand, M/n's eyes glance over the pastries on display. "...I'll take three Pain au Chocolat please." He softly spoke, "And a lavender latte." lazily, his eyes drifted up to the girl, who was staring at him with a faint blush in her cheeks.

M/n raised a brow but lets it go, deciding to take a closer look around the shop instead. The place was small but cozy, warm lights hung from the ceiling which was decorated with fake leaves, all of which were some shade of orange, yellow, and red.

The place sort of gave a cozy autumn feeling. The tables were made from wood, resembling tree trunks, and couches with yellow and copper color schemes accompanied the tables.

"Here's your order sir." M/n looked back over to the barista who was now holding a small box and a well-decorated coffee box. "Ah, right, thank you." He takes the box and coffee out of the employee's hand.

There's another ring, alerting everyone that someone else has entered the shop. M/n looks over, curious about who else was here this late at night.

A dark red hoodie was the first thing M/n saw.

The boy had warm brown hair that was spiked, it was odd but strangely fit him. His eyes were a reddish brown around his pupil with a darker chocolate brown color surrounding it. He had a scar on his eyebrow, giving him a rough look, as well as a few other scars on his hands.

As Lloyd was back in his room looking at his laptop which ravealed that he was applying for a music related college, although the city did accept him after he ravealed his identity as the Green Ninja, there we're still some people hated him and didn't allow him to attend their schools, he decided to apply it in a college for music away from Ninjago Island, away from the people who hated him and most importantly away from Cole.

He was terrified of the Black Ninja, ever since he revealed himself as the Black Pumpkin he became more possessive over him and the moment he ravealed his relationship with the rest of their teammates they were happy, they don't know what had happened but they were happy for it.

But they don't know the whole truth, the reason Lloyd kept silent about it is that he didn't want anyone to get hurt, he didn't want his mother to get hurt, he didn't want Master Wu to get hurt, he didn't want Alyssa to get hurt, he didn't want the rest of the team to get hurt and most importantly he didn't want Zane to get hurt.

When he shared the news with the others, they were saddened by the news but nonetheless they were happy to hear that Lloyd was pursuing his dreams of becoming an Idol, even though they don't really know what he sounds like when he's singing.

But Cole wasn't happy about it, he didn't want Lloyd to get away from him, he wanted make sure that Lloyd was his and his only and no one else.

He's planning on applying in the same music college Lloyd was going for, but he's not going to tell anyone about it until Lloyd left.

The next scene revealed Lloyd at the airport, with the others behind him.

"Promise that you visit us?" Jay said "We will." Lloyd said with a smile on his face

"Promise that you bring us some souvenirs when you're back okay!" Kai said, "Y-yeah." Lloyd said, well stuttered.

Alyssa raised her eyebrows a little at his response"I hope you're taken care of yourself Lloyd." She said.

"Well, it's time for me to go. Bye." Lloyd said as he brought his suitcase and looked at the others and waved back saying goodbye.

(I was tempted to upload something I made last year that relates to Hunted Butterfly, but I decided to post something new first.)

Valentines Day this year is a combination of a lot of personal couples that I had over the years. A lot of them are from projects I never got around to starting just yet or just older couples from stuff I never really had a chance to refine further, some are based on other media. 

The first of these couples is based in the Ruby Spears Megaman TV series: my OC Snow Lopez and (Ruby Spears) Protoman. Snow is a blind girl who doesn’t exactly have the best family life. She has connections to Dr Light and Dr Wily although Dr Wily sees her as the daughter he never had and cares for her as such, she does meet Megaman and Protoman and develops a close relationship with both however she eventually fell in love with Protoman who probably fell harder for her. 

The reason I shipped these two is because Protoman has shown some form of care and I’m quite sure he was meant to reform in the show (The show was cancelled before this could potentially happen), I do believe that the guy just needs a kind hand to guide him to the right path. Their relationship is a slow burn: Starting from reluctantly being around each other (From Protoman at least), to a developing friendship built on trust and then falling in love. 

The second of these couples focus on my friend’s OC and my own: Elizabelle Merriel and Milo Rykon who would both part of the Megaman X series. This ship happened by accident through a drawing challenge I was doing with Milo, and it has become a small crossover series which has sadly has not been touched upon due to other priorities. 

This is definitely a type of slow burn love; they have different backgrounds and ways they were raised so they would butt heads over what to do but eventually find common ground and become good friends to each other crushes then maybe lovers. I only said that as they would be living dimensions appeared, maybe this is star crossed lovers more than slow burn love. 

The third of these ships also happened by accident through a gameplay of Miitopia, I just liked the interactions they had. This couple is Lloyd Garmadon from Lego Ninjago and my alien character Cakrot Gaela/Charlie. Cakrot Gaela/Charlie is a character that I created during Valentines Day in 2021 and I started to work more with her since then, I have been meaning to do some lore with her species and planet and will do so eventually. 

Other than the interactions within Miitopia, I just thought it would be sweet for Lloyd to have someone like him as his friend to support him which may become something more. I haven’t exactly planned how they would meet or fall in love if they were to meet in the canon of Lego Ninjago, but I know it will go smoother than what it did with Harumi. (I honestly hate her; I think she got reformed way to quickly and I hate that she took advantage of Lloyd’s nativity of the subject of love.) 

(Also, this is my stylisation of Lloyd, it was difficult to translate Lego design to human design. I will work on this.)

The fourth couple is from a series I haven’t touched in years, I had other priorities that took over. This couple is royal bodyguard ‘Dagger’ Rygon (‘Dagger’ isn’t her real name, it's just something she prefers to go by) and Princess Aiko Tunder who is a yandere. 

These two would go through a lot of development, they have always been close friends as they grew up together. However, while Dagger had feelings for Aiko, the said girl’s affection was elsewhere. Eventually Aiko realises where her true affections lie and eventually the girls engage in a relationship. 

(This is a redraw of a piece I drew for Valentines Day in 2020, the designs needed to be updated due to how much my style has changed since then.) 

The last couple is a duo I initially created as OCs for Animator Vs Animation, but they’ve been diverting to be their own thing, I present Alt and Del/Delete (Delete had a minor name change). 

This is them before Del got corrupted from Alt’s ‘death’. Back then, they always had a close friendship, but Alt had hidden feelings for Del and Del was in slight denial since he likes how everything was then. They do work things out and become a couple. 

(This is a redraw of a piece I drew for a colour palette challenge, there were some refinements to the designs.) 

That’s really it, I’m busy on these days so I got nothing special planned.

All Lloyd ever wanted in his stressful life was comfort. Being the Green Ninja, a symbol of light and hope before darkness, wasn't easy. Especially since he has trained into this role at such a young age.

Event after event repeats in his head. Some wish for his role, he says they shouldn't. He may be a hero... yet he wishes there was something to ease the pain that comes after the day is saved.

Lloyd has met many throughout his journey as the Green/Gold ninja. He's had betrayals, he's had great friendships, although...

None of them compared to you.

He had saved you during an attack conducted by the Overlord. Ever since then you respected him. You saw him as your hero....

When Lloyd first met you out of danger, he froze. When he was younger he never had time to pursue any romantic partners. He didn't think he could handle it with his destiny anyways.

As an adult... he met you and felt his face heat up. You looked at him with such adoration and respect. Many looked at him like this... but with you?

Lloyd loved to look into your eyes... endless pools of amazement all directed towards him. He adored your bright smile... one that lit up the room and was wide with excitement. Lloyd loved to look at you... he wanted to see more of just you.

When he looked at you, he felt at ease. Your eyes and smile alone were enough to draw him to you. As a result... you became yet another friend of the Green Ninja.

Being a friend of Lloyd's had its perks and it's downsides. The downsides... danger lurks around every corner. The perks outweigh such downsides, however, like the ninjas protection.

You began to spend most of your time with Lloyd. You didn't think you were anything special... yet Lloyd was convinced of the opposite. Why were you so special towards Lloyd?

Simple... you listened to him.

The others were always involved in their own thing. Although, Lloyd just felt like he needed someone to vent to. Being a dedicated friend, you listened.

A trait that made Lloyd love you even more.

Lloyd's hints were subtle. You often noticed he gazed at your eyes. He'd also stare at your lips before shaking his head with a sorry... saying he spaced out.

Lloyd... wasn't sure how to show he loves you. Was there a right way? Was there a wrong way? Lloyd didn't have much of a guideline to follow...

So he just assumed... any way would be the right way.

Lloyd assumed that being jealous was what happened with all crushes. He just accepted that it was normal to grit his teeth when others were around you. Wasn't it normal to feel... obsessive about you to the point he wants it to be just you and him... alone?

Feelings of envy and jealousy bubbled in Lloyd the longer you two are friends. He knows deep down you'll always see him as your hero. Hell, you're his hero for making him feel so much better nowadays.

Better to the point he starts getting bold.

Lloyd was bound to confess at some point. His jealousy kept building... his thoughts kept rolling back to your eyes and smile. Was it so wrong to confess to the one who made him feel a sense of security?

Lloyd didn't think anything was wrong. He asked you to meet him at the dojo in private. It was just the two of you....

The Green Ninja then takes your hands in his, saying your name in a breathy tone...

"I could look into those eyes forever...."

The compliment tints your face red, causing Lloyd to smile. He wants to show you how you make him feel.... He wants to show that you make him feel special. Lloyd takes a deep breath...

"I love you... surely you feel the same, right? I saved you... in return, you saved me. I just want you to look at my with that adoration of yours all the time, no one else...."

You're surprised when he pulls you closer. He doesn't mean to be so rough when he pushes you against the wall. Your heartbeat increases... he doesn't notice your fear when he leans in for the kiss until you struggle.

The moment his lips touch yours, you push on his chest. His face contorts in confusion and he pulls away. Only to see a frightened you... looking up at him and shaking.

Only then does he realize what he did wrong.

"I-I'm sorry, I-" Lloyd stutters, only for you to shake your head and push him off you. He thought he was being romantic...!

"Not right now, Lloyd... I... still need time to process."

All because he was too eager... Lloyd created a rift in your friendship. Your fearful rejection put a hole in his heart. His confession did nothing to ease his feelings of yearning.

When Lloyd looked at you... he felt horrible again. Your eyes never sparkle towards him anymore... your smile always falters with him around. The others ask why you two seem so apart now.

Lloyd doesn't have the heart to tell them what he's done.

What made him feel even more sick was his neverending insistence about being beside you. He reminds himself he's done enough. Although he misses your smile...

He wants to see your smile again.

Green no longer felt like a color of hope to Lloyd... green was a color of envy. That's all Lloyd ever felt for weeks after the incident between you. You still got along well with all the other ninja...

Such a thought of abandonment and heartbreak made the ninja go a little crazy.

He begged you to forgive him for everything, both what he's done and what he's about to do. Lloyd can't take the neglect in his heart anymore. He snaps... and Lloyd isn't quite Lloyd anymore.

Lloyd would normally never consider kidnapping. Although the moment he gave up being so good all the time, he considered it more and more. Now, Lloyd has you in shackles... in a home he had built for him and you.

After all, sometimes the famous Green Ninja likes solitude, asking for a private home as an adult wasn't too out of the ordinary for anyone.

He hated your fear... but it was better than being alone. You pleaded with him to let you go... that this isn't him. You're right... it isn't...

But he's never letting you go.

"Please smile for me...." Lloyd pleads, truly taking after the Garmadon in his name. He wants to see you smile at him again. He wants to see you both happy....

The moment he sees nothing but a blank stare from you, he frowns.

"Don't make me force you...." Lloyd sighs softly, sitting in front of you. It's an empty threat but you don't know that. He sees your face fall into fear yet again before you try to change your tone.

You smile softly. It's an empty shell of the smile you gave him when you first met. Lloyd's green eyes bore into you for a moment before smiling.

"That's good enough... I've missed that smile of yours." Lloyd murmurs, putting a hand on your cheek. You don't move and allow Lloyd to enjoy the moment. He suddenly frowns... hugging you gently.

"I'm sorry..." He whimpers. He doesn't expect forgiveness. He claims he loves you yet he betrays your trust... twice. He doesn't deserve forgiveness...

But Lloyd felt you at least deserved to hear him say it....

The Blizzard and the Ninja

Warnings: this may contain yandere content, kidnapping, spoilers for "Ninjago Season 11: Secrets of The Forbidden Spinjitsu: Fire and Ice chapter ".

A/N: I just wanted to say that most of the dialogue from "A Group of strangers" to "The guards" we're written by LSWritings who wrote crown of ice. Also Pixal and and Zane aren't dating, there were friends.

Ice Emperor... Ice Emperor was only his identity for (Who the heck knows how long?!) Decades.

He didn't know who he is before this, where did he come from? How did he get here? And most importantly why is he here?

He always had those type of questions ever since he started ruling the Never Realm.

His hand permanently bound to the "staff", the servants always shivering and the entire realm was covered in ice and snow, it's like an eternal winter.

But he always had strange dreams about a boy with light blonde hair and emerald green eyes, he didn't know why he had those dreams about that boy.

From what he sawn the boy was dressed in green, was young but a strong, determined, skilled, stubborn yet kind leader.

Yet he felt strange about that boy, why did his "heart" kept beating whenever he dreams about that blonde haired boy.

The blonde boy somehow looks radiant to the Emperor, with the grassy green eyes that shine like emeralds, angelic blonde hair that seems to be an angel halo around his head but he noticed that the blonde boy was on the feminine side of things like having a thin body with less muscle that somehow looks fragile.

As he looked at the night sky with Aurora Borealise and it was green, it reminds him of the boy dressed in green.

He hopes that one day he will find him.

Until his "advisor" Vex brought his attention something quite bizarre. A group of strangers who appeared, seemingly out of nowhere. They stood out in their color-coded clothing. They were weak to the cold. The Frozen King was certain they would freeze to death, or be mauled by the wolves who inhabit the woods. However they were saved by the Village. Those villagers continue to defy him, thus he sent his samurais to punished them.

Surprisingly being from an "unknown realm", they held their own, protected the village with ease, however one stand out to him.

It was the same boy that was in his dreams, the boy's name is Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon but shortened to Lloyd Garmadon.

Finally finally he found the boy that was in his dreams, he had to make sure the boy was his and his only.

As he learned that Lloyd was coming to his fortress, he sent his dragon to capture to him.

As Lloyd approached, wielding a weapon in the shape of a giant man of white, green, and gold. The Ice Dragon fought him while the the Frozen King watches though the crystal ball.

The Frozen King was amazed by the boy's strength, yet despite the boy's strength the dragon managed to bring him down, kidnapping/capturing the boy, Vex brought the boy before said Emperor

The Frozen King struggle against the Ice that held him to the throne, it was something that he was used to for years. Once the ice was shattered, he descended down to meet the blonde boy. He wanted to see his love of his dreams up close, as the boy now known as Lloyd opened his eyes, the King was right. His grassy green eyes do shine like emeralds after all.

All of a sudden he said something shocking.

"Zane?.." The Green Ninja slowly got back on his feet "H-how is this possible?"

Zane.. Zane.. A name that is familiar yet unfamiliar to him at the same time.

He is always known as the Ice Emperor, yet the boy called him "Zane"

"Zane! You're name is Zane!" The Green Ninja insists "Don't you remember?"

The blonde boy looked at the Emperor like a lost puppy, the guards stopped him with their staffs.

"Step back, child." Vex said "You're addressing the Emperor."

The Green Ninja shook his head “I came here for you Zane. I came here to bring you home.”

Now the Emperor was confused, the Never Realm was his home, for decades yet the boy of his dreams said or insist that Ninjago was his home.

"Ninjago?" The Emperor repeated confusingly

The Green Ninja continued to push against the guards. “Think Zane. Try to remember! We were all together! We were fighting Aspheera and… and… she banished you with her staff.”

Aspheera? Ninjago? Zane? He could not help but wonder if these were all merely pieces of fiction meant to deceive me. My mind began to wonder and question, until Vex’s voice caught my attention.

“Don’t listen to him. He lies.”

As he suspected, yet the boy's eyes is full of truths and innocence, but too innocence to be a lie, perhaps he's telling the truth?

“It’s the truth!” The boy barked on. “Zane, you have to remember something. Or… someone. Master Wu. Or Pixal. Or… or… Kai?.... Or Alyssa?”

A lot of names we're thrown at the Emperor relentlessly, they we're peculiar and unfamiliar at the same time. None of these names we're mattered to him but no matter how much he tries he couldn't stop listening to the Green Ninja's voice, to him it's like a small fairy talking to him, not to mention the Green Ninja does look like a fairy or angel-like being.

“Kai! Remember when I threw his reds in with your whites and all your clothes turned pink? And you had to dress up as the pink ninja? Remember?”

As he rambled on, a smile came over his face. Perhaps in remembering what seemed to be a fond memory for him? Or perhaps, in hopes of the little story awakening something in the Frozen King. A small part of him almost wished these stories were mine to share with him and his other color-coded allies. He searched through my mind for any memory similar to the description provided. I tried to remember such as story. But…

“No.”

“He seeks to deceive you. To confuse you. Let me deal with him, my lord.” Vex bowed to me as the boy glared daggers at him.

Then the Green Ninja noticed the staff the Frozen King was holding and gasp "You were holding the scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu when it happened! It… it must have corrupted you somehow. How long have you been here Zane? How long have you been holding that?” He pointed to the staff that The Ice Emperor was holding.

"Many… decades.”

“Decades? Time must be different here…” He looked unsure, perhaps even worried. “I don’t understand how, but… Zane, the scroll has corrupted you. Corrupted your power. You have to put it down!”

Again, he pushed against the guards blocking his way. The way he spoke. The knowing look glimmering in his eyes. The Ice Emperor was sure. He knew of the staff’s power. It was concerning. It seemed impossible. But that look in his eyes… somehow, he had seen it before. This left me asking many questions. He grew tired of this.

“He seeks the scepter!” Vex accused.

“Don’t listen to him Zane!” The boy continued on. “This isn’t you! You’re a good person! You’re my friend! You have to trust me! Put it down!” The Green Ninja yelled out.

“See? He desires it for himself! Seize him!” Vex ordered.

The guards strode up to the child, blades ready to strike, forcing him backward. He carried no weapons. However, I was certain he needed none to put up a fight. After all, he had made it this far in these unforgiving lands.

The guards charged, swinging to kill.

"No!" A voice yelled out as the guards and Vex we're knocked over by pastel purple crystals.

But the Frozen King hold his stand as he uses his staff to protect himself.

The person who protected the Green Ninja was a female with pink hair, dull blue eyes and worn pastel purple Ninja clothing.

However what's different about her was the fact that she has fairy wings, pointy ears and slinted pupils.

"Lloyd! Are you alright?" The girl said as she grabbed Lloyd's hand to help him stand up. For some reason it made the Frozen King annoyed who is this girl and why is she holding Lloyd's hand?!

"Alyssa? I told you not to come here!" He said looking at the pink haired girl, "And I told you not to go by you're self." She said and saw the Ice Emperor.

"Zane?!" She yelled out, seems she's also knows the Ice Emperor, "Zane, I don't know what the heck is wrong with you but you have to put down the staff!"

"Guards seize her!" Vex called as Guards are ready to sieze her with their spears when she uses her crystal power to knock over them flying above them.

Then the Frozen King did something unexpected, he freezes her wings so that she wouldn't fly over her.

"ACK!!" "Alyssa!" Lloyd yelled out as the pink haired girl fell to the ground, she was restrained by the guards before she could move.

As the Green Ninja running straight help her. Despite his youthful age, he fought with the skills of a true warrior. The cold did not seem to slow down anymore, his lungs likely learning to adapt.

He quickly made his way for the Frozen King, for his staff. Once close, before he struck him with his ice Alyssa created a amethyst shield to protect the Green Ninja, the soldier that held Alyssa hit her with his hand so hard that she was knocked out, same goes for Lloyd who was knocked out by Vex

“Behold his treachery.” Vex spoke. “One moment he speaks of friendship, and the next he and the girl tries to steal your scepter. Allow me to destroy him, my lord!”

I looked down at the boy again. I thought back to his closed eyes. A face so young, but with eyes so wise. Wise beyond his years. He wondered what this blonde boy had gone through. Had he truly once been a piece of his life? Had he once been his friend? His actions here were more than worry of death. But my need for answers outweighed any logic the Emperor had.

"Lock her up in the dungeon, and bring the boy to the guest room." The Ice Emperor said.

Vex was shaken by the King's decision protesting against it, but he agreed to it, he commanded the guards to lock her up and bring the Green Ninja to one of the guests rooms.

Time skip

Lloyd was asleep in a cold bedroom, with his hands cuffed and chained, with the Frozen King watching over him like a bird captured it's prey.

The Ice Emperor reached out his hand and touched the Blonde boy's cheeks, surprisingly it was warm despite being in the cold for a few days.

And he was right, the blonde boy somehow looked like a prin- no an angel.

Suddenly he heard a groan, coming from the Green Ninja as he slowly woke up.

"W-what, where am I?" He spoke softly, as his hand rubbed his head, suddenly he saw the Frozen King, he instantly freak out.

"Zane?! J-just put down the scroll, it has corrupted you Zane!" He said as he tried to reached the Forbidden Scroll but the chains holding him back from getting it.

"H-how?! How did this happen?" He said as he tried to fight the chains but the Ice Emperor grabbed his hand to stop him. " I wouldn't do that if I were you my love." He said as he kissed the blonde boy’s hand causing said boy to stop moving and looked at him flustered. "W-wait, what happened to Alyssa?" He said and the Frozen King frowned "That pink kid? Well she was in the dungeon." He said and Lloyd's world stopped, in the dungeons?! Why?!

"W-why Zane? Just why?" He said trembling as the Frozen King let go of his hand "She was getting in the way of our love, I do not remember her but I don't like the way she hold your hands." He said as he kissed the Green Ninja's lips through his helmet making said Ninja flustered yet shivered a bit as the Frozen King was cold as daylights.

"Well if you excuse me my Aurora, I got some business to do." He said as he left the room. As he closed the door Lloyd looked at the cuffs on his arms and legs along with the chains that surrounding it.

'Is this going to be my end? Am I going to get married to Zane?' He thought as he hugged himself to be protected from the cold.

Suddenly the door opened bit instead of The Ice Emperor, it was Akita. "Akita?" He said softly as he saw her.

"Shhh" Akita said really softly as she used her blade to destroy the chains.

(Of course it ended like the cannon did but Alyssa has taken Cannon! Lloyd's place instead. )

Back at the monastery Lloyd kept staring at his hands where the cuffs formerly we're, even though it's all over he still felt the coldness from it or even the Ice Emperor or now Zane's kind yet slightly lovesick gaze upon the Green Ninja.

All of a sudden a hand touched his shoulder, he turned around and saw Kai looking at him with a worried look on his face.

"Lloyd, are you alright?" He asked "Yeah, I'm fine." Lloyd said trying to hide his hands behind his back, "You don't look very fine, you looked you're kind of scared of Zane like you always flinched when he touched you." The Red Ninja said.

Oh right Lloyd always forgot that Kai was observant of things like when he discovered the Great Devoure's weakness or something like that.

"It's nothing Kai, I'm fine really." He said with a sad smile as he walked into the monastery, Kai kept looking at the Blonde boy's hands which is still a bit freezy. "Zane.... What did you do?"

Yandere Movie! Lloyd Garmadon (Platonic & Romantic Headcanons)

Warnings: Stalking, Mentions of Violence, Social Rejection, Mentions of Bullying, Toxic Mindsets.

Platonic:

Step outside, breathe in the humid air of Ninjago City and get bombarded with dozens of cameras and microphones. Lloyd is overcome by guilt every time the press harasses someone who is involved with him, but the person who he thinks the most of has a one-way ticket to unwanted publicity.

The media circus begins when Lloyd approaches his friend in public. One snap of a picture later, and almost everyone at the high school is telling Lloyd that his friend wants nothing to do with him. Lloyd sometimes wonders if this is true, so he reaches out quite often in the hope of proving that he is worth keeping around.

Koko worries about the frequent phone calls that last anywhere from seconds to hours and the constant questions about whether it is okay to have his friend come over to her flat. She warns Lloyd that he is getting too invested in someone he only met a few weeks ago, to which Lloyd swears that he has found the one who understands him and does not judge him for his lineage.

Lloyd is not the type that goes looking for a fight, but his temper does flare towards whoever upsets his friend. He comes home while dragging his feet and lies to Koko about the cause of his moodiness.

When he thinks back to the many jokes hurled like stones at his friend by the student body and media, Lloyd assigns the blame to himself. The jokes often revolve around living life as a Garmadon supporter whom everyone should shun. Even though he does not enjoy the isolation it creates, Lloyd takes the opportunity to introduce his friend to the other Ninja and thereby provide more reasons to stay in contact with him.

Koko is called by whoever may live with Lloyd's friend, people who bellyache about Lloyd knocking on their door several days in a row with the intent to visit. Koko once again quizzes Lloyd about the nature of the relationship, but at the same time, Koko will reprimand anybody who phones her with a complaint against Lloyd.

Once upon a fight, Lord Garmadon notices that the Green Ninja is muttering something about a classmate laughing at his friend while he clobbers General Number One. Garmadon may let slip a rare comment about how he finds Lloyd's aggressiveness a bit unusual, but overall, he becomes a terrible source of advice. His idea of fatherly affection is to have Lloyd use his volcano should Lloyd ever feel the need to shoot someone out of it.

If an argument takes a wrecking ball to the relationship, Lloyd dons his Green Ninja attire and attempts to live vicariously through whatever bond his secret identity can form. Eventually, he gets tired of only talking to his friend when the city is under attack and decides to deliver an impassioned speech about how true friends forgive each other and stick together. It is his desperate attempt at rekindling a connection he has become dependent on, so if it fails, Lloyd appears as his regular self and begs forgiveness.

Romantic:

He will deny it, but Lloyd has asked Zane to calculate his chances of securing a relationship with his prospective partner. If the probability is low, Lloyd despairs and, at least for a while, resigns himself to short greetings and brief farewells. As time goes by, Lloyd's patience wears thin. He starts asking questions, such as whether his chances might improve if there are fewer people around to listen.

In the early interactions, Lloyd is insecure about himself and relies on Kai to be his wingman and Zane to inform him which compliments and gifts have the highest success rates. He stumbles his way through most conversations and expects to be humiliated. When he is not, Lloyd gets attached and hurries to make these interactions a routine part of his day.

As he grows more comfortable with the relationship, Lloyd acquires a protective attitude. The Green Ninja in him urges him to correct others when they speak badly of his partner. This frustration doubles if those responsible have bullied him before, although the worst his civilian self will do is brood and complain about it to his fellow Ninja.

The rest of the Secret Ninja Force is supportive until one of the Ninja catches Lloyd following his partner home in his Green Ninja gear. Lloyd explains that he is making sure the trip is safe, and challenging him leads him to defend himself by claiming that his partner is too kind to mind his questionable actions.

If this is untrue, Lloyd becomes much more cautious in his approach but does not give up. He resorts to finding his partner when alone and conversing via awkward small talk, which snowballs into him admitting that he needs to talk more consistently to be okay.

Lloyd is not one to bear his heart unless tensions are high, so he is prone to telling white lies when the truth spells conflict. He is terrified of making his partner fed up with him and losing what he sees as one of the few good things in his life. It is a fear he will do almost anything to avoid facing, including coercing those who would leak his secret identity before he is ready to tell his partner.

Lloyd is not quick to stand up for himself, so if his partner ever did it for him, he would hope that the action has a special meaning behind it. The knowledge that it is politeness and nothing else would crush him.

As the Green Ninja, Lloyd sometimes goes off on his own and refuses to admit that he spent this time watching over his partner's home. He views it as an act of service and is not inclined to think otherwise unless he is spotted, at which point Lloyd will be too embarrassed to return for a while.

Gentle yandere Lloyd x reader headcannons

Warnings: just yandere fluff and MAYBE some nsfw. But nothing too bad.

I’d see him kidnapping you from your family if he has to. From abusive/narcissist parents and what not. If not, he’ll just ask you to move in with him and the others with your parents permission. Either that he’d bribe them to let him take you/ let you move in.

Yandere habits?: mainly accidental gaslighting, but not often, extra clinginess, a desire to kill those that hurt you. And the works, but he wouldn’t hurt you for the world.

S p o i l s your ass r o t t e n. He treats you like royalty and he loves it when you smile because of him. New outfit that you want? He’ll ask Morro or Nya to recreate it. Wounds? Going directly to London, want your favorite food? Already ordered, or Zane and Lloyd are cooking it now, his hoodies and/or sweaters? All yours! Just be sure to leave some for him on cold days!

Escape attempts aren’t normal. So when you do, he gets extremely worried about you. One time he started crying trying to look for you, when you went to the lake to try and relax from a nightmare.

When he found you at the lake he just held you really tight and sobbing into your shoulder. When he found out you had a nightmare he immediately started to realize that you were just scared. So the two of you ended up snuggling near the edge of the lake, talking about the nightmare, until the next morning. He then took you back home and wrapped you up in blankets burrito-style and slept next to you.

But it’s normal to play-escape to let him hug you from behind and be like: “now where are you going? C’mere baby!” And he just brings you to his room and you two snuggle and talk.

Hide and seek is a fun game to play when you’re both ninja, normally leads to you two making out on a branch in the forest!

He loves it when you dress up for him, or for yourself when you feel like royalty, his personal favorite is when you wear one of his sweaters, butt shorts, and stockings. (Fishnet stockings are cute, but opaque white, gold, or soft green/lacy stockings just make him melt like ice cream!)

Being clingy and possessive means LOTS of kisses and hickeys. At first they were soft and gentle, mainly on the shoulders or on the hands. But as time let on, they became a lot harsher and on the neck as your bond began to grow. Even teases small hickeys on your thighs when he’s in the mood~

For kisses it’s a bit different, they’re usually very soft and passionate. But when he gets feisty? Well, prepare for some bruised lips. He gets very rough during makeout sessions and normally you’d have to use an ice pack to soothe your lips as Morro nags at Lloyd for not being gentle with you. It’s danm hilarious to watch too!

He sees you as a gift sent from his grandfather, and he is danm sure not going to take you for granted. He’s willing to do just about anything to keep you as safe as possible. Even if it means taking you away from everyone else.
